About Our Pizza

Here in Maria's we are one of the oldest independent pizzeria you’ll enjoy our stuffed Chicago style and hand-tossed New York style pizza. Our sauce is a traditional blend of herbs and crushed pear tomatoes. The pizzas are stone-baked in an old-fashioned deck oven. This gives it the firm crust not found at other establishments that use conveyor belt ovens for speed. We then baste each crust with a buttery mixture of garlic . Please enjoy
